The fleet,  centre piece of the firm, is subdivided in groups and categories allowing to classify the equipment according to several characteristics such as " 48 feet 3 axles 109 inches ", "  cooled ", " truck of city ", etc.

Moreover, the registrations, licenses I.F.T.A., and all the permits, are keep for each unit. It is possible to know instantaneously which states or provinces are served by which equipment, or which equipment serves a state. The dispatch particularly appreciate search inside the fleet of one or more equipment by simply entering   the search keys.
As soon as a new load is to be carried out , the dispatch records it in the bank of loads with the essential information : name of the customer, pickup and delivery dates and hours, load address and delivery address, weight, requirements (tarps, racks, stands, cooled, B-train, etc.), instructions for the driver, procedure to respect. A message informs it if  necessary of the current credit status of the customer. A function key enables him to consult the quotes for that customer and to quickly know the rates for a given customer or a given voyage( can also be hidden if confidential).
The dispatch screen is split in two parts, on the left the available equipment and the loads to be allocated on the right. Information is displayed for a bracket of dates, by geographical area, with the choice of the activity set for that dispatch.

The system is simple and flexible, even typing with only of two fingers, the dispatch finds information which it needs quickly. A key known as "function key " makes it possible to change screen to consult the driver licences. Another allows to see the potential customers near an empty equipment , with their telephone numbers, the name of the contact, and the rates suggested. A third gives access to the telephone numbers mobile and residence of the drivers and subcontractors.

  To the moment when the dispatch assign a trip  to an equipment, the system gives a trip number which will appear on all documents , the customer’s, the trustee’s, on the invoice, and the envelope of the driver. Knowing at every moment and in advance which equipment is available, how much voyages, the dispatch can be  done quickly and he can search for additional loads if the equipment is likely to roll several empty miles . Or on the contrary, if the number of equipment is insufficient in a given area, he can consult his files and sell the trip to another company
The workstations of Millogiciel du Camionnage ™ can be interfaced with external banks of voyages (for example LOAD LINK), via Internet or direct connection modem. Millogiciel du Camionnage ™ is fully interfaced with some bidirectional communication system, in particular the satellites and SCP.

  The system manages the availability of the drivers by seniority, with a check of the log hours , with their particular requirements (so much of miles per week ,must be back on such day) specific etc, and other criteria.
When a mileage software (such PC-MILER) is integrated into Millogiciel du Camionnage ™, the system will get at the time of the input of the order, the distance from PC-MILER rather than in the distance database from Millogiciel du Camionnage ™. The system also will take from PC-MILER, the distances for each  state and will keep them to compare with the trip sheet of the drivers. That data will be, after auditing being directly transferred to the IFTA module.

  When the pay of the drivers are parameterised in the system, the pays are automatically calculated, that can be done per mile, per hour, per 100 lbs or a percent of the invoice. The additional charges like the insurance can be charged to the subcontractors, as well the as the non taxable allowances  to the drivers are also calculated automatically.

  If the cargo insurance are parameterised, the system prevents the dispatch automatically if the conveyor has not a valid insurance for that trip.
Several statistical reports/ratios reflect the activity of the customers, (by origin, destination, transported weight, activity of the equipment, the mileage done by the drivers, etc.)
